FileMaker: Printing Grade Reports
These instructions describe how to print grade reports from FileMaker.
To begin, open your grade report file and go to the report form that you want
to print (e.g., End Term 2).
Pull down the File menu and highlight Page Setup.

Make sure that:
- Format for: displays LibBW. Use
this printer name even if you are not actually printing to this printer. The
grade report margins are controlled by this setting, and the reports have
the correct margins only if pages are setup for the LibBW.
- Paper Size: displays US
Letter. Be sure that Paper Size: does not display US Letter
(Small) or any other option.
When all settings are correct, click OK.
Then do one of the following:
- If your grade report contains a button entitled Print,
click that button.
- Otherwise,
pull down the File menu and
highlight Print.

In the next window:
- Select your printer.
- Make sure that Pages is set to All. (The Pages setting
does not determine which reports print. Instead, for each report
that you print, Pages determines which pages for
that one report will print.)
- Then pull down the Copies & Pages menu and select FileMaker
Pro.

In the next window, click either...
- Records being browsed: if you want to print all students'
reports
- Current record: if you want to print only the one grade
report you are currently viewing

Finally, click Print.
