How To's
These instructions describe how to pick up your grade reports at the beginning of each grading period from your division's grade reports server (LS Reports, MS Reports, or US Reports).
Each division has different instructions regarding the reports to pickup. See Which Reports To Pick Up for details.
Please note! It is important to pick up your grade reports from the server, and not to use copies from your Macintosh HD (hard disk) or other location. Supervising teachers, division heads, the registrar, and the Director of Technology all make corrections to grade reports that have been "dropped" on the servers at the end of grading periods. If you do not use the server copies, your grade reports will not include these corrections.

Which Reports To Pick Up
To begin, log into the grade report server for your division -- either LS Reports, MS Reports, or US Reports, as follows:

When you began these instructions, you opened a window on your Macintosh desktop. You now need to open a second window. To do so, click Macintosh HD again.
Move the two windows so that you can see both clearly. (To move a window, press and hold down the mouse/trackpad button while pointing to the gray border at the top of the window, and (still pressing) drag the window to a new position. Release the mouse/trackpad button when the window is in the desired position.)
In the upper window, click the name of your grade report server in the left-hand sidebar. (The picture shows LS Reports, but you should choose your division's server if it's different.)

When you click your grade report server, you will see a set of folders. Each grade report server contains different folders. The pictures below shows LS Reports, MS Reports, and US Reports servers, in turn.

You must navigate through folders until you see the Pickup folder for the current grading term and, for some divisions, grade level. Once you can see that folder, go onto the next step.
In the lower window, navigate so that you can see the folder on your Macintosh HD (hard disk) where you will save your grade reports so that you can work on them later. (If you wish to save the reports to iPike, log into iPike before proceeding.)
In the upper window, on the server, select the report(s) you wish to pick up.
Now, press and hold the mouse/trackpad button on any selected report (do not release the button!). While pressing, drag the report(s) from the upper window to the lower window, directly atop the folder where you'll save the reports, until that folder darkens. Then release the mouse/trackpad button immediately.
To make sure that you have picked up the reports successfully, double-click the folder in the lower window and see if your reports are there.
