Don't
Do not change the font size if possible.
Do not type below the bottom of any comment box.
- To see if you have typed
below the bottom, click outside the comment box and review your comment.
If you cannot see the whole comment, you have typed too much. You must either
reduce the amount of text in your comment or, if absolutely necessary, reduce
the font size. (To change the font size: Select the whole comment. Then pull
down the Format menu and highlight Size.
If you see the size you want on the menu, highlight it. Otherwise, highlight Custom,
enter the desired size, and click OK.)
Do not use bullets or other special symbols.
- These symbols do not upload properly
to the master grade files that store the completed grades for all students
in all subjects.
Do not use italic or bold font in your comments (same reason).
Do not change the name of your grade report.
Do not use last term's grade reports from your hard disk (or other location).
- Always get a fresh copy from your grade report server (LS Reports, MS Reports,
or US Reports).
- The reports on the grade reports servers contain corrections that you will
need. These corrections are not included in the old copy from your
hard disk.
